So I am in the midst of my 100th  attempt of week 2. hahah.  I didn’t take new pictures when I started last week. I pretty much look the same as the old photos.  It’s true.  You gotta just keep doing it.  I feel better and I think, even in just two weeks, I look better.  I will be posting new photos at the end of the 4th week.

Well, It was to be expected. I am technically on week 3, but only worked out 2 days on week two.  So I must start week two again.  Why?  Because I’m a might lazy.  So I really don’t think I will look all that different for Halloween, but that is OK.

I really do enjoy the workouts, though.  I can only get through the strength training videos, the rest only about 30-40 minutes.  I’m not eating enough food.  I just flat out run out of gas.

My husband calculated my body fat % somewhere between 15-18%.  His side hustle is personal training, so he had that pinchy thing.

Vital Stats Day 1

Weight: 110   Height: 5′1   Waist: 26  Hips: 35

I’m doing the Classic version of p90x which calls for you to start with the Back and Shoulders DVD.  Man,  it kicked my butt. I could only do between 10-15 reps of push-ups and 5-10  chin-ups (using a chair) for each exercise.  But considering there are TWELVE different types of push-up/chin-ups and you do two rounds of them, that’s pretty good for someone that does not work out.

I usually takes a day for me to get sore.  I was sore an hour later.
