My husband calculated my body fat % somewhere between 15-18%.Â  His side hustle is personal training, so he had that pinchy thing.

<p>I&#8217;m doing the Classic version of p90x which calls for you to start with the Back and Shoulders DVD.Â  Man,Â  it kicked my butt. I could only do between 10-15 reps of push-ups and 5-10Â  chin-ups (using a chair) for each exercise.Â  But considering there are TWELVE different types of push-up/chin-ups and you do twoÂ rounds of them, that&#8217;s pretty good for someone that does not work out.</p>
<p>I usually takes a day for me to get sore.Â  I was sore an hour later.</p>
