My husband calculated my body fat % somewhere between 15-18%.  His side hustle is personal training, so he had that pinchy thing.

Weight: 110   Height: 5′1   Waist: 26  Hips: 35

I’m doing the Classic version of p90x which calls for you to start with the Back and Shoulders DVD.  Man,  it kicked my butt. I could only do between 10-15 reps of push-ups and 5-10  chin-ups (using a chair) for each exercise.  But considering there are TWELVE different types of push-up/chin-ups and you do two rounds of them, that’s pretty good for someone that does not work out.

I usually takes a day for me to get sore.  I was sore an hour later.
