Well, It was to be expected. I am technically on week 3, but only worked out 2 days on week two.  So I must start week two again.  Why?  Because I’m a might lazy.  So I really don’t think I will look all that different for Halloween, but that is OK.

I really do enjoy the workouts, though.  I can only get through the strength training videos, the rest only about 30-40 minutes.  I’m not eating enough food.  I just flat out run out of gas.
